28 oz can of diced tomatoes (drained)

onion (diced finely)
6-8 jalapenos (seeded and
diced finely) We used home grown
peppers

tsps dried cilantro

tsps salt

tsps garlic powder

tbsps apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients and let
sit at room temperature for one hour before refrigerating
