Barbara’s Yankee Salsa


1       28 oz can of diced tomatoes (drained)

1 onion (diced finely)

6-8 jalapenos (seeded and diced finely)  We used home grown peppers

2 tsps dried cilantro

2 tsps salt

˝ tsps garlic powder

2 tbsps apple cider vinegar


Mix all ingredients and let sit at room temperature for one hour before refrigerating
